RAW Grapefruit
An extremely accessible variation of the RAW Tonic. With refreshing bitters and the slight tartness of grapefruit. The spiciness of Angostura Bitters adds a slight kick to finish things off. A perfectly balanced cocktail that wins over the soul from the very first sip.
Ingredients:
- 1 part Hooghoudt Holland Gin
- 3 parts grapefruit soda
- 1 lime
- Peychaud's Bitters
How to create this mix:
Pour 1 part Hooghoudt Holland Gin into a tall glass filled with ice. Then add 2 drops of Peychaud's Bitters and 3 parts grapefruit soda. Squeeze a wedge of lime into the drink, then garnish with another.
