RAW Collins
RAW Collins is a rich variation on the classic cocktail with gin. Wonderful alliance between sour and sweet notes. The crisp, fresh taste also makes it ideal as an aperitif.
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Hooghoudt RAW Genever
- 15 ml sugar syrup
- 1/2 lemon
- sparkling water
How to make this cocktail:
Pour 50 ml Hooghoudt RAW Genever into a highball glass filled with ice. Then add 15 ml of sugar syrup and stir well. Add the juice of 1/2 lemon and fill the glass with sparkling water.
