Raspberry Olorosso Smash



  • 50ml Hooghoudt Aged 6 years
  • 15ml lime juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • Prosecco or soda water
  • 5 raspberries
  • 5 mint leaves

Other supplies:

  • ice cubes
  • Muddle of pestle
  • tumblr glass
  • Measuring cup or bar buddy
  • bar spoon


This is how you make this Raspberry Oloroso Smash

Crush the raspberries with the mint leaves in your tumbler glass. Fill your glass with ice and pour the Hooghoudt Aged 6 years in it. Add sugar syrup and some lime juice. Stir and top with prosecco or soda water. Garnish with a raspberry and lime leaves.
