Although Hooghoudt emphatically concentrates on the Dutch market, the company also sees plenty of opportunities on several export markets in and outside Europe. There is a need for top-quality and authentic Dutch spirits and branded derivatives on the international scene in the long term too. In addition, Hooghoudt manufactures beverages under licence for third parties on a number of international markets. The company is consistently working on increasing its growth in these countries. Hooghoudt also targets these markets by developing products especially for export purposes, and the company anticipates that its shrewd business dealings with strong partners will result in a substantial annual increase in its sales on these target markets. To this end, Hooghoudt is systematically building up a network of agencies.
