Hooghoudt is assisted in implementing its strategic policy by an extremely experienced and professional Supervisory Board, comprising Mr Harm Tunteler (Chair), Mr Bert Hooghoudt and Mr Eize Palsma.

Hooghoudt has a flat organisation structure. The day-to-day management is carried out by the Managing Director and the Management Team, which consists of the Finance & IT, Sales, Marketing and Operations departments.
The Management Team comprises Mr A. Donkersloot, Managing Director; Mr J.J. Veenstra, Finance & IT Manager; Mr J.W. Vogtländer, General Sales Manager and Mr R. de Vries, Marketing Manager.
